Terms of Retainer
Our Terms of Retainer apply to matters where we are retained to provide legal services. The Terms when combined with a Scope of Work and Disclosure Notice (as applicable) form a Costs Agreement between the Client, the Associated Third Party Payer (if applicable) and Mirai Legal under the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld).
